Cancellation and refunds.

How the free trial works, how to cancel, and when you get money back. The terms say the same in fewer words; if the two ever differ, the terms count.
1. The free trial
A new subscription starts with 14 days free. Cancel within those 14 days and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts automatically on day 15 at the price shown when you signed up.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, for any reason. A company's owner does it in the company profile, under Cancel the subscription. You can also email us from the address you signed up with, or use the contact page, and say which company or account it is. Either way we confirm it by email.
3. When it ends
Subscriptions are monthly. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
4. Refunds
We don't refund part of a month: the month you are in runs to its end, and nothing more is charged after it. The exception: if a business ends its subscription early under the data processing agreement, because we broke it or because it objects to a new company we use for its data, it gets the unused part back. If we charged you by mistake, or charged too much, you get the difference back in full.
5. If you are a consumer
If you signed up for yourself or your family, and not for a business, the law gives you 14 days from signing up to withdraw without giving a reason. Your first 14 days are free, so withdrawing in that time costs nothing. To withdraw, tell us clearly, by email or through the contact page, that you want to end the contract, with your name and the email address of your account. Any payment you made is returned within 14 days, in the same way you paid.
6. Price changes
If the price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then and you will not pay the new price.
7. What happens to your data
When a subscription ends, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. If you are a company, you can download all of your data from the company profile first.
